Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for website improvement services.

Scope:
We are seeking updated websites that are highly functional that have a dynamic user interface (UI), are graphically pleasing and appealing, and managed through a robust, scalable content management system (CMS). Following are the critical elements to the CMS noting the importance for each organization:
1. Database Management, including
a. Join and renew membership
b. Committee management and communication
c. Member online access for updates
d. Referral Tracking and reporting – web, walk in and phone calls
e. Database hosted online for remote access
Note: The current database software is Steve Boyle & Associates (SBA). Database interface through SQL may be considered
2. Image & Video Library (including video streaming)
3. Form Management (simple form creation and data gathering)
4. Member micro-sites for members as a beginning web presence, managed by members w/ staff approval
5. Calendar/Event Module
6. Navigation/Menu Module
7. Banner Advertising Management
8. Mapping Capabilities, i.e. linking to Google Map
9. Online Discounts and Coupons, including
a. Member to Member
b. Member to Public
10. Member Only Area
11. Social Media Management (Facebook/Twitter/Blog/etc)
12. Updates to be viewable in draft mode as a preview prior to live site population, and where appropriate have approval functions for shared updating functions
13. Mobile Viewing Adaption
14. SEO Capabilities/Reports
15. Analytics and traffic tracking with automated monthly and quarterly reports
16. RSS Feed and other subscription based opportunities, i.e. newsletter.
17. MISC Hosting
18. Future CMS desired additional services that the architecture of sites should be designed to allow
a. Smart Phone Application/Development
b. Online Housing Reservations System for multiple properties – hotels, B&B and private homes.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 26, 2010, 5:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
