Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web design and database development service. We are looking for designing of database and website. The duration of the contract is 2 years with the possibility of further extension for additional three (3) one (1) year periods.

Scope:

b. General Information
c. Schedule and Maps
d. FAQ
e. Contact Us
2. Database services:
a. Web-based database development
b. Database conversion
c. Post-conversion clean up
d. Code annotation for long term viability of application
e. Coordination with staff including database training
f. Database and server ongoing support and maintenance
3. Hosting Service:
a. 24/7 hosting of website and database
b. 24/7 telephones Support for the Hosting Company
c. Must support any software required by the website and the database
d. Sufficient storage to support website and database
e. Provide daily incremental backups.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 16, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
