Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Database Development Service. We are looking for design and development of database and website.

Scope:
1. Create new interfaces and database
2. Migration and accommodation of over 13000 previously produced bibliographic records
3. Leverage and re-purpose existing library data
4. Develop tools for staff to manage the content collection and creation process
5. Ability to manage alternate names for each publisher, its URL, contact information
6. Add full-text solutions for over 10,000 documents, mainly PDFs (storage/hosting, linking, searching)
7. Searching, browsing, and sorting of publisher and publication records based on various criteria
8. Brief record view and full record view
9. Archives of past Reports
10.Ability for user to share news update via social media
11. Ability for user to email their lists, search results, or individual records
12. Ability to index and search full text of PDF and PPT publications
13. Add/edit/delete features for all record types
14. Automatic email notifications of various actions
15. Tools/interface for management and moderation of user-generated content.
