Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for reconstruction of website.

Scope:
1. New site must include robust Web 2.0 technologies and dynamic content management
2. Following features are needed to be added into the current website:
• comprehensive on-line registration
• branded social media presence
• on-line document submission,
• centralized document management and storage
• e-mail communications/e-mail marketing
• membership management solution
3. Provide steps and information on payment transactions from the website
4. Provide email marketing consulting and branding
5. Ensure all Website files/data is backed-up and restored within a 6 hour period
6. Provide live support to Registration committee prior to conference start and throughout conference registration period.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 16, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
