Scope:

3. Integration with social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, RSS, Youtube
4. Robust video hosting capability
5. Provides useful analytics/reports for staff on web site usage
6. Mobile device/smart phone
7. Staff directory that prevents email harvesting
8. Gracious meeting management and video
9. MuniCode for municipal ordinances
10. GIS applications such as ezMaps, Google Earth, etc
11. WebTrac Parks and Recreation ecommerce
12. The final product must be visually appealing, useful, easy to use and professional
13. The website should be easy to maintain in-house and cost effective.
