Description: We are India (Maharashtra) based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Website Design, Development and Maintenance. The duration of the contract is 4 months.

Scope:
1. Design, Development and Maintenance of website
2. Registration of Website in Required domain approved by us
3. Designing of Database for requirement of website
4. Assist for Hosting of Website on NIC Server
5. Develop a Payment Gateway with concerned Provider for Payments of charges / fees for online registration, newsletters, licenses, product approval etc. Service Provider will provide all required services to acquire the payment gateway by us. Service Provider will provide the best payment gateway for the website and customize it as per our business needs.
6. Bulk Email Facility to extract email address from website to build email database and send notification mails of events/meets for internal/external business workflow.
7. Update and Maintenance of the Website for 1 year.
8. Procurement of third party Software, tool required for the Development Environment of the Website on our name. (If Required)
9. Provide Technical Resource for maintenance of the Website (If Required)
10. Interface to be provided for integration of other software systems or legacy systems or Back office systems.
11. Service Provider would have to get website audited from concerned authority before hosting.
12. All data exchanges should be using SSL to offer a Safe and secure Web site experience.
13. Support/provide gateways for integration with internal services and in house applications in a safe and secure manner.
14. Service Provider should use CSS based design approach, clear and appropriate graphics, W3C compatible coding style while designing the web pages.
15. Technology Platform / Development Environment:
a. Operating System: Windows/ Linux
b. Database: MS-Access/ MSSQL/Oracle
c. Application Development Platform: ASP.Net Framework 2.0/3.5 ver., PHP or any Open Source Software
d. Designing Tools: Flash
e. Scripting Language: HTML, Javascript or any other open source
f. Browser: Brower Independent Development or Cross Browser compatibility
g. Language of the Site / Content: English, The portal should be designed in multilingual contents in Unicode format. The static content and database driven content can also be displayed in multiple languages. To start with site can be created in English and in phase- II using Hindi, Marathi & Kannada.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 2000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 26, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email.
