Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for designing website interface.

Scope:
1. Accommodate news items from the industry and the company
2. Page layout should accommodate the potential for sidebar ads and sponsor logos
3. Design must be controlled with back-end CMS
4. Designs should incorporate current guidelines and best-practices regarding normal screen sizes, dimensions, aspect ratios
5. Design elements should be: easy and intuitive, visually pleasing, informative, safe and secure, quick to load and operate
6. Designs must not have any native restrictions with regard to cross-browser functionality and must not require any plugs-in as a default.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 31, 2010, 3:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
