Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for creation of interactive website.

Scope:
1. The web site project will be broken down into several parts:
A. Front-end:
- Stage 1: Information Communication
- Stage 2: Online Community Interaction
- Stage 3: Community Building
B. Back-end:
C. Project Reports
D. Project Evaluation
E. Ongoing support for the project.
2. Website must be easy to use and easy to understand system that provides a high level of information without requiring a great deal of literacy
3. Bright, friendly colors on a light field should offer easy-to-navigate features with straightforward results
4. We are looking for expert contractor to develop CMS based website with all latest features and technologies like Blog, Forum, Wiki and RSS
5. We are open to all the languages, database and platforms

This is a global and off site tender. The estimated tender value is between 20,000-35,000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 9, 2010, 5:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
