Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Software Development Service. We are looking for implementation of web content management system.

Scope:
1. Site must provide accurate, current, comprehensive information to City audiences, in a visually appealing, user-friendly way
2. Make it easier for audiences to interact with the City
3. Provide round-the-clock access to City information and transactions
4. Reduce City staff time to handle routine inquiries
5. Simplify website administration, allowing users of all skill levels
6. CMS must be a proven platform for website development and municipal website architecture
7. Design elements should include photographs that are easily updated
8. Website design must remain consistency throughout all pages to maximize usability
9. Quick and easy access to add and update calendar listings
10. The CMS must have a rich text editor for content additions.
