Description: We are India (UP) based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Software Development Service. We are looking for designing of website and software development. We are also seeking Hosting and Maintenance Services.

Scope:
A. Static Section:
1. Domain Name Registration
2. Allotment of 1GB Web Space with Database Support of MS SQL 2005.
3. Preparing of Navigational Structure.
4. Designing of the Home Page and inner pages as per the layout and color scheme approved.
B. Dynamic Section: Coding of Scripts for the Software Application for retrieval of Results of Students. The database will also be hosted on to the website and complete support for the Maintenance and Updating of the Software Application would be provided.
5. Alumni Interface: An Alumni Interface will be developed which will have the following features:
a. Alumni Registration: This module will be developed for the registration of the alumni.The admin will have to authenticate his registration after checking the details supplied by him.
b. Profile Update: The Alumni will be able to update his profile on the website whenever required. For updating he will have to first login with his secure user name and password.
c. Search a Friend: The Alumni will be able to search for other friends who have registered on the website and contact them.
d. Alumni News: This will be a static page where information about the Alumni get together and any forthcoming events being organized will be displayed.
e. Role of Alumni: This will be a static page will have a message from the Vice Chancellor for the Alumni.
f. Alumni Photo Gallery: All the Photographs of Alumni events and function held will be displayed in this section
6. Information Audit: In order to reduce the risk of cyber attacks and improve upon the security posture of critical Information related to us, the Security Audit Certificate of the Web Server on which our Website will be hosted has to be provided to us.
7. Function Point Testing: This test is being designed to verify whether it serves the purpose for which it is devised. Software certification will be required from STQC under information Technology Department, Govt. of India or any other institution for main facing and increasing quality of the Website.
8. Detailed web statistics of the visitors on the site is required which should include hourly, daily, weekly, monthly report of traffic, search engine and keywords report, browser reports, etc.
9. Control Panel for the Mail Interface and Web Interface has to be handed over to us.
