Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and DTP Service. We are looking for graphic and web design service. Design professionals will have to produce a range of communication materials for an art celebration event. The event will take place on September 25, 2010. Work for this project must begin August 1, 2010.

Scope:
1. Website design:
a. Develop five (5) pages/components for website
b. Pages/components must be built on existing website template
c. Pages/components must be easily updatable by our staff
2. Printed Program: Design program for event approximately tabloid newspaper size (11” x 14”) with five pages/sides
3. Signage:
a. Create templates for signage and ads in both electronic and print media
b. Design over-the-street banners
4. Coordination of all logistics of printing and delivery and web publishing to the client.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 19, 2010, 3:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
