Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for website developers for redesign of existing website.

Scope:
1. Website allows users to customize/control content based on their individual preferences
2. Ability to instantly update web content based on users permissions
3. Host platform must be Linux compatible
4. Upload of documents to the site must be straightforward
5. Provide a mechanism for upload of multiple documents at a time
6. Allow for the tagging of documents by multiple tags and content type for searching
7. Navigation should be simple
8. Include key word/tag searching
9. Identify documents attached to content
10. Ideally, search within documents attached to content (Excel, PDF, Word and others)
11. Allow users to customize the content on their homepage view
12. Balance of text and graphics with assumption that some users will be on dial-up
13. Be accessible for the novice and experienced user
14. Test site on all applicable platforms to ensure web site works as promised
15. Each user has a unique user name and password.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 11, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
