Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for website design and hosting. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the possibility of further renewal for three one-year periods.

Scope:
1. Conversion of current website into content based management system for staff to use for updating the site
2. The operating system and version will the site be hosted on: Linux - RedHat Enterprise Server
3. Ensure that the design and all computer codes utilized in the design enable merging between content and approved design
4. Ensure that all links and other operational functions currently on the site continue to work
5. Preparing site template files based on a chosen design
6. Designing and programming interactive applications and services
7. Design and all computer codes utilized in the design must enable merging between content and approved design
8. Ensure that all links and other operational functions continue to work.

This is a global and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 50,000 USD per year and 33,000 USD for each three one-year renewals periods.
