Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for development of an anti corruption portal.

Scope:
1. Design:
- Design 5 additional regional pages with interactive maps and regionally specific resources for Western Europe and North-America, Arab States, Africa, Eastern Europe and CIS and Latin-America
- Enhance overall design, as requested (eg. the banner)
2. Content:
- Include all countries of the world in the country list, using the official name on the country page and the UNDP standard short terminology in the listing
- Provide a Google map at appropriate size for every country
3. Technical:
- Add one meta-data column for all resources to determine language of the document
- Enhance user-friendliness of the Admin Tab:
i) Develop one page to upload resources: news, documents, links and events;
(ii) Develop one page to edit/delete documents easily (similar to search library page with possibility to edit/delete resources);
(iii) Enhance and standardize meta-data entry window for every type of resource (news, links, documents and events) and
(iv) Review necessity of other admin pages
- Develop a mechanism to signal duplicates when uploading a document.
