Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for front end designer for non-profit organization.

Scope:
1. Must have knowledge in CSS, CSS3
2. Must have an understanding CSS frameworks like blueprint, 960g
3. Must be familiar with HTML5
4. Site must have features available in current browsers with plans to create/update code
5. Be familiar with jQuery
6. Must know how to create mobile versions
7. Be knowledgeable and current with emerging innovation in web design.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 23, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
