Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for development of website.

Scope:
1. The developers must be experienced in:
- using a variety of tools to code html/xhtml, including the ability to code HTML by hand
- applying cascading style sheets
- troubleshooting coding and applying fixes to ensure publishing and functionality
- Developing interactive multimedia applications that include visual images, may include video and audio files, and require students to interact with the materials
2. Developers will be required to:
- enter content in web forms
- edit new and existing HTML pages
- develop additional HTML content per technical lead and project manager directions
- test each page for spelling, validation, broken links
- Test browser output as specified in written developer documentation
- provide ongoing monthly updates for the duration of the project
- meet in person or face to face, as needed
- Develop multimedia objects as assigned.
- use the online project management tool to submit work, email updates, and track tasks.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 26, 2010, 10:00 AM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
