Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Software Development Service. We are looking for web based software development service.

Scope:
1. The Contractor will be expected to develop, deliver, and maintain a Web-based software application.
2. The web based software application is intended to provide a tool to increase mobility, data collection, data quality, data integrity, reporting, and responsiveness to the community.
3. We want to decrease the amount of paper and costs for paper using a web based and electronic inspection process.
4. Contractor needs to create electronic inspection records for more efficient storage and retrieval.
5. Allow for a detached solution for service areas without internet access.
6. Allow for secure and encrypted web based transfer of information including past inspections reports.
7. Allow for secure and encrypted transfer of completed inspection reports, tasks, and data from a web based and detached solution to another data storage location.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 350000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 22, 2010 by courier, post or email.
