Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for programmer for customer service portal.

There are two main phases:
Phase 1:
We are looking to create a private portal to provide our team with access to important documents related to our customer sites. We have approximately 1,000 nationwide sites. Each one has several documents and photos associated with it. The portal will allow our team to quickly access these documents by searching on the site ID number. The portal should also provide our team with the ability to upload new documents.
Phase 2:
On a daily basis, our team accesses four Web-based applications to service and manage our sites. These four portals are provided by our vendors. Phase 2 involves making these other portals accessible through our portal so that when someone from our team enters a site ID in our portal, the related information from the other portals is accessible.

Our estimated budget is 1000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact as soon as possible along with their quotes and experience.
