Description: We are India (New Delhi) based looking to outsource our requirement of Web, Software, Animation and Data Entry Service. We are looking for service providers for Development of Web Application and forms Processing.

Scope:
1. Developing web based application for online registration by applicants. The web-application apart from registering applicants should facilitate:
a. Online payment of application fees (payment gateway service provider to be decided by us)
b. Facility to applicants for download and printing of (online) filled-in application in standard formats
c. Automated e-mails to every registered applicants on successful registration, receipt of application fee (online and offline with Demand Draft) and dispatch of admit cards.
d. Registration process involving uploading of photographs and (or) scanned signatures.
e. Checking and authentication of successfully registered applicants by us
2. Web-application developed, must be tested thoroughly and validated before going online.
3. Running the web-application on dedicated server(s) with high reliability and adequate capacity (should be able to handle large volume of online traffic) for period of approximately 60 days (No. of applicants is expected to be 62000). Service Provider would need to guarantee availability of the online registration site to applicants during the registration period for more than 98% of duration.
4. Augmentation of data on payment of application fees through offline modes for all those registered applicants who do not opt for online payment.
5. Digitization of data for all those applicants who apply offline (optional, we may choose not to offer this option to applicants).
6. Maintaining a master database of all applicants, for use at any time during the admission process.
7. Service Provider would answer queries made by applicants on the online registration for tasks handled by it on real time basis (maximum within 24 hours).
8. Service Provider should also provide at specified dates during the admission process the following:
a. Printing of colored admit cards in triplicate along with one envelope each for every eligible applicants (Approx. Volume is 50000)
b. Consolidated reports (on both soft and hard copies) on data captured (formats to be specified by us)
c. Lists of candidates appearing at various Test-centers, before the tests.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 20,000,000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 5, 2010, 12:00 Noon by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
