Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for web based solution for reporting purpose. The duration of the contract is 2 years.

Scope:
1. System must be accessible via web
2. Be a customizable off the shelf product
3. Transferrable and interoperable across providers and settings
4. Interface able with other compatible databases
5. Allow users at the provider level to export data into Access, PDF, MS Word and Excel
6. Provide a mechanism for high-level periodic review of client case records
7. Collect data on space availability at the clinic level for all modalities of treatment
8. The system must allow for manual corrections and overrides on all financial data
9. Must provide the ability to view payment history by provider and/or client
10. Collect data associated with the screening process
11. Ability to save partial records and edit existing records
12. Be easy to use and understand
13. Create and save regional reports.

This is a global and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 200,000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact before July, 12, 2010 by courier, post or email.
