5. Provision of more up-to-date information, including blog-like features and incorporation of social media, so the site remains fresh and dynamic
6. Support Video/Photos/Audio posts
7. Schedule events and have them appear automatically on the website for others to view
8. Event Submissions from website users
9. Ability to handle current and future transaction needs
10. Proper Syntax and Meta tagging for SEO.
