Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for designing an online application solution.

Scope:
1. The work will be done in 2 phases. The first phase involves designing and making operational the application on-line software. The second phase involves improving the design and features of the application upon arrival of feedback from the users.
Phase – 1: Design and operations on line application:
1. Service Provider will design and produce an on-line application software with that will allow each team (10 different individuals from 10 different organizations, i.e. software will be providing service to a multiplicity of users at country level as well as in headquarters) securely submit the information requested in the biannual monitoring report on-line using as much automated functions as possible.
2. Deliverables:
a. Develop design concepts:
i. First engage in dialogue with us to ensure clarity on the deliverables of the project
ii. Submit a final product for our review
iii. Digitalize the information of the previous reports
iv. Revise the product and provide feedback
b. Implement and apply the approved designs
i. Ensure all feedback is included
ii. Make it operational to users
iii. Host the application software in a server until December 2013.
Phase – 2: Design the website
1. Service Provider will incorporate the feedback from the users by:
i. Fixing bugs and potential problems that arise during first period of use.
ii. Adding a maximum of 2 new features that should not exceed 40 hours of technical workload.
iii. Finalize the digitalization of the information from previous reports
2. Deliverables: Final on-line submission/data management application operative, running and hosted.
Service Provider must have experience in designing multiple language versions.
