Description: We are looking to outsource requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for creation of website based on subscription.

Requirements:
Subscription Based Video Website
Subscription based with monthly fee, automated billing and option for credit card or maybe Paypal
User generated username/passwords
Will have multiple tutorial videos with category heading, about 5 mins each and sectioned off
Like the link list format on Lynda.com, subscribers will be able to click on the video links and they will pop up
We would have some videos for free, like the first 2 sections, and the rest would be only available to subscribers
Over time, we will add different software tutorials. Similar to lynda.com.

Our estimated budget is 4000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact as soon as possible along with their quotes and experience.
