Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for designing and development of reservation system and destination website.

Scope:
1. Ability to add or change policies
2. Ability to place restrictions on each hotel per day at rate level
3. Must have an area for providing hotel descriptions, room descriptions and all the facilities available for people
4. Ability to set inventory as Free sell or block
5. Area to add which credit cards the hotel accepts
6. Ability to split commission with travel agent
7. Ability to enter one rate for a time period or can be broken down per day for a time period
8. An area to add contact information for each hotel
9. Ability to enter what the hotel considers a child/senior/student
10. Ability to add to the Master list for property and room facilities
11. Front End and Back End Systems under the same application
12. When creating an activity item, can indicate a specific time for each product
13. Able to add time of event when building an activity
14. Ability to book hotel only, attractions only, hotel with attraction, or all inclusive packages
15. Ability to add tickets to a hotel booking or package made earlier
16. All reports can be converted into an Excel format
17. Virtual Tours available. Images to be downloaded for each hotel
18. Ability to track web bookings throughout the day - Queue Report.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 5, 2010, 4:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
