Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for development of world hotel website.

Requirements:
Take existing database (in FileMaker 183,000 hotels listed)
Convert it into appropriate on line, powerful server (that can be hosted reasonably)
Link to Hotel’s own website
Linkable to our future special rate database (via xml)
Allow hotels to register and update their own listings
Allow users access, no registration
Display a maximum of 35 hotels on any request (selected randomly)
Allow admin to “jump” the random display for premium listed hotels so they are the first listed in the display
Allow admin (only) to post comments on the hotel’s page(s)
If possible, place an IATAN (Agency code) when the user books a hotel on the hotel’s site.
Make the site look simple and easy to use
Provide SEO to insure 1st page (google) listing on hotel searches.
