Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and development Service. We are looking for redesign of external city website.

Scope:
1. Redesign of website must be resourceful, must be informative platform for visitors and citizens
2. Designing of marketing asset that provides an informative environment
3. Development of highly beneficial, easy to use, cost effective, interactive and architecturally sound website that must be flexible for city
4. Must include mobile application elements
5. Redesign of i-recruitment and e-business front ends
6. Must be captcha capability
7. Must provide support in multiple languages and translation
8. Must have dynamic and intuitive liks
9. provide content tagging functionality
10. Creation of standardized format and enhanced graphical look for all pages
11. Complete design and coding for the design of the home page of the web site
12. Convert existing pages in the site to the new design template
13. General website design and elements will include usability, appeal, accessibility, functionality and easy incorporating features
14. Graphical files should be relative to the site and provide for quickest loading.
