Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for designing a college website.

Scope:
1. Site must ensure consistent user interface on the home and sub-level pages
2. Must be engaging and usable graphical interface that is compatible with the established brand identity of college
3. Maximizes content area on screen
4. Allows for timely, dynamic content
5. Enables easy media access subject matter experts
6. Must accommodates new, existing, or enhanced functional and nonfunctional features
7. Ongoing site maintenance and updating with in-house resources
8. Sets high information and visual design standards
9. Functional Drupal themes
10. Wire-framing and visual design of all site templates including homepage, landing pages, generic landing page templates
11. Site must be visually compelling, audience-driven, highly interactive, and offer icon-based solutions for driving potential students
12. Personal web pages for students/faculty/staff.

This is a global and off site tender. The estimated tender vale is 140000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 15, 2010 by courier, post or email.
