Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for implementation of website and content management system.

Scope:
1. Designing a website presence that reflects the character of community
2. Provision of predefined web page templates that may be used to create a consistent look and feel throughout our website
3. Incorporation of software that enables website to be database driven
4. Log in and edit directly from webpage
5. Update multiple menus simultaneously
6. Content may be rotated automatically
7. Images should be saved as either GIFs, PNGs or JPGs
8. Dynamic mapping capabilities with GIS
9. Create related website templates using new page designs
10. Content and Menu Management System
11. Manuals and documentation on content management system
12. Tools to search, display database information on the website
13. Management of images and videos
14. Templates must include an easy to use editor including fonts, colors, hyperlinks, etc
15. Automatic language translation of pages.
