Description: We are India (Haryana) based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for development of online Job portal.

Scope:
The Job-portal will be comprised of following modules, including but not limited to:
1. College Module:
a. Various colleges will access the job portal and upload resume/ data/ information about their students through this module.
b. Edit Profiles: Colleges can add, edit, and delete profiles of their students.
c. Colleges’ Profiles: The colleges should also be able to upload other information in the form of text and images under various heads such as: i) About us, ii) Faculty Details/ Departments, iii) Academic Courses, iv) Infrastructure and Contact Information.
2. Employers Module:
a. Various companies across the industry can register on the job portal to search for available candidates for various job opportunities.
b. Employers’ Profiles: The employers registered on the job portal can also update their profiles by providing information such as Type of Industry, requirements across various disciplines, contact information, etc.
3. Departments’ Module:
a. The department / administrator of the portal can control the job portal using admin panel.
b. Admin panel will be password protected and will give access to administrator to perform various tasks including managing of users and profiles, etc.
4. Search: Colleges, Employers and Department should be able to perform search using various search criteria. The detailed list of search criteria will be provided by us during the development of modules for above three, i.e. colleges, employers and department.
5. Job & Other Notifications: Colleges will receive job notifications while employers and departments shall be able to send the job and other notifications.
6. Students Module:
a. Students will be given only limited access to the job portal and should be able to update their CVs from time to time & their profiles by updating the editable fields.
b. Students will receive communication from employers, colleges & dept in email accounts.
7. SMS Gateway Integration: The job portal should be linked with SMS gateway so that various notifications can be sent on mobile numbers as well through bulk SMS.
8. Content Management System (CMS): Apart from maintaining the database of students, the job portal will also have various web-pages in which the department will update the relevant information.
9. News Letter Module: Users can register to receive newsletter from department in their emails.
10. Mass mailing facility: Department can create various user groups and send customized mass-emails from the job portal.
