Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for development of web based application.

Scope:
1. Develop a web-based engagement tool (video, animation, quiz, or something entirely different) that visually explains the absurd energy situation in the United States.
2. Our goal is to generate outrage among target audiences about utilities’ dependence on imported coal and their willful rejection of local renewable energy resources and energy efficiency initiatives.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 8000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 6, 2010 by courier, post or email.
