Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Software Development Service. We are looking for combination of website and mobile application. The initial concept is basically merging some of the site capabilities of a site like YELP and TripAdvisor for feature/function. However things would also be GPS based from mobile devices. (i know this is being vauge - i haven't done a product requirements document yet).

Provider must have experience with:

Google Maps / map api

mobile computing development (android/iphone)
web-services development.
