Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for talented website designer. We need designer that can create a website that functions in a way that is similar to most e-commerce websites, however it will need to be slightly different as our business will not be selling any products.

Basically, the website must be able to:
* Allow a user to create their own account.
* Allow an account holder to make a payment to our business.
* Once payment is received the account holder must then be allowed to upload an item (Photo, description, contact details etc).
* All items uploaded by account holders must be visible to any user of the website, even if they are not account holders.
* Users that are account holders must be able to then place a bid on any item that is currently posted.

Interested service providers are requested to contact as soon as possible along with their quotes and experience.
