Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web and Software Development Service. We are looking for development of web content management system.

Scope:
1. Development of web content taxonomy and information architecture
2. Development of new look and feel for the internet and intranet websites
3. Implementation of web content management system
4. The Web CMS shall have the ability to:
- Display alternate language content, when present
- Display alternate format content, when present
- Display a text-only version of any page
- Dynamically augment website navigation when alternate content is present
5. The Web CMS shall support role-based access control to features in the Web authoring interface, by the site administrators
6. The Web CMS must support the publication of Web content to multiple websites (internet, intranet, and extranet)
7. The Web CMS must support the separation of Web content production and maintenance from the delivery of that content via the production Web servers
8. The Web CMS must support of role-based access control to websites, areas within websites, and areas of pages
9. The Web CMS must support:
- The creation of password protected websites/extranets
- Secure internet protocols
10. The Web CMS shall support auto-generated file names based on website structure, Web content taxonomy position, or other mechanism
11. The Web CMS must support the use of a Web Browser as the system authoring and administration client.
