Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for designing national forest website.

Scope:
1. Web design, updation of external website
2. Convert documents from the original file format to one appropriate for publishing on the Internet or Intranet; for example, converting a MS Word document to PDF
3. Develop graphics for web pages; includes converting digital images from their native or uncompressed format to a compressed, web-appropriate format and size
4. Contractor will use the following software tools for web page design and development:
a. HTML: Dreamweaver version 8 or later
b. Web Graphics: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or Macromedia Fireworks MX or later
c. Flash videos: Flash 8 or later
d. PDF files: Adobe Acrobat 8 or later
5. Proficient in HTML, Php, design and installation of content management systems, blogging and social media integrations
6. Optimize and/or resize photos for web viewing.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 25000 to 100000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 17, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
