Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for designing an attractive website.

Scope:
1. Develop a website strategy, social media strategy, development of the website with web 2.0 functionality
2. Develop website strategy aimed at attracting international investment
3. Implement a system that automatically pulls data from other websites and sources to ensure timeliness, accuracy and for ease of maintenance.
4. Development of site infrastructure and site navigation system that allows investors to intuitively access the information they are seeking, with strong calls-to-action on every page.
5. Data aggregation and content development based on current online environment. Content development will include research and writing.
6. Develop graphics to add to the users experience on the site.
7. Develop mobile version of the site
8. Provide a content management system including administrative levels, manual, and training
9. Incorporate search engine optimization, and proper tagging into website to facilitate a top ranking on Google and other search engines.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 70000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 14, 2011 by courier, post or email.
