Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for development, hosting and maintenance of website.

Scope:
1. Ability for the public to download current solicitation documents in either Microsoft Word and PDF format
2. Relevant news clips, photos and articles of interest
3. Must link to other pertinent websites
4. Ability to submit applications and proposals online (feature built, but not yet activated)
5. Home page “ticker” to call attention to breaking news
6. Smooth and rapid loading of all pages within the website, including the back-end administration pages
7. Easy access and downloading of information in either PDF or
Microsoft Word format by public users
8. Menu system indicating each section of the website that facilitates easy movement between the home page, sections and individual pages
9. Professional and inviting look that incorporates existing logos of the current website
10. Consistency in appearance and functionality throughout the site
11. User-friendly navigation that is logical and easily understood to the general public
12. Allows for a large volume of documents, many hundreds of pages in length to be easily added, archived and deleted from the website.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 7, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
