Description: We are looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for improvements/modifications on online website. We need to improve the Persian society website.

Requirements:
1. Improvement of speed of Gallery section (the jquery slideshow is still way too slow and the previous designer was not able to fix it). Time delay between pictures and loading time for each album
2. Addition of Video hosting capability for short clips 5-10mins- within gallery section or as an additional page to be discussed with designer
3. Changing the music to a random playing list of at least 5 songs for each page
4. Lock Logo and all pix and txt on site so it cannot be copy pasted
5. Add a Board of Trustees section in the About Us section after Constitution
6. Add locked PDF constitution to be uploaded in constitution section
7. About us section-UULIS: when clicked on www.uulis.org, the page leaves our website and goes to the UULIS website....Change hyperlink so it opens a new window
8. Add years to 2020 in the admin page
9. Make login/mailing list detail more sophisticated, only emails which are authentic should be accepted
10. Improve the graphic look of the various links on the site, i.e. links, fonts, colors
11. Events section: when clicked on a year; we want to have the latest even poster of that year to show rather than the first event. etc.

Our estimated budget is 400 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact as soon as possible along with their quotes and experience.
