Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for redesign of library website.

Scope:
1. Utilize staff-accessible content management system; integrate static pages with dynamic resources and online services.
2. Develop a WC3 compliant website
3. Develop a handicapped accessible site
4. Reorganize content, minimizing access to the majority of features to a single click
5. Integrate a minimum of 2 web 2.0 elements such as Face book, Twitter, Word Press, delicious.
6. Increase patron interactivity by 100%
7. Change cartoony images and text to matching buttons and dynamic photos
8. Train staff to update and maintain reorganized site and 3rd party applications.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 31, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
