Scope:
1. Secure and non secure hosting for district and all schools
2. Unlimited users and multi-level groups with permission based logins
3. Integrated comprehensive survey and polling generation software
4. Integrated comprehensive forms generation software
5. Drag and drop multi-document upload to include presentations, spreadsheet, word processing
6. Total integration between district and schools
7. Server based spell checker and profanity filter
8. Ability to upload existing databases to host servers
9. 4-hour maximum service response time (24/7)
10. Web interface for user, content and site management.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 13, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
