Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for website redesign for university.

Scope:
1. Build a marketing web site that will serve as a primary communication tool for delivering marketing messages, critical application and enrollment information and publicizing events to prospective and admitted undergraduate students, parents/families and school counselors
2. Anticipated needs include consultation, planning, conceptual development, design prototyping, implementation and testing.
3. Target completion for the web site is May 1, 2011.
4. The overall scope of the project will be broken down into two (2) separate stages or phases.
Stage 1 for both the XHTML and mobile browser sites will be laying the foundation. To develop a conceptual foundation for both sites, including information architecture and site design, functionality, including J Query, Ajax and HTML5 where appropriate and page layout.
Stage 2 for both XHTML and mobile will be to populate content.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 75000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 18, 2011 by courier, post or email.
