Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for web design service.

Scope:
1. Using standards-based web design tools
2. Iterate web design and content presentation as necessary based on testing feedback
3. Build a simple software interface to enable stations to download data in standard file formats for use on their local systems.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 31, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
