Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for a custom redesign and redevelopment of the university website that focuses primarily on student recruitment functions.

Scope:
1. A new design direction is desired to support recruitment efforts. The site layout should be developed using a structure and method of organization that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. The site should:
a Adhere to all University graphics standards for web sites, including header usage and colors.
b Be built to institutional technical specifications.
c Be designed for use with major web browsers and be compatible with mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablets.
d Meet all Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
e Use a roles and user structure to accommodate multiple users to the site.
f Have the ability to accommodate multiple languages.
g Integrate with social media components.
h Support future needs and development.
2 Vendor will develop the Drupal website using appropriate content types and recommending appropriate, secure modules to aid in the development. Different user roles and permissions will need to be considered.
3. Vendor will test the new website, obtain internal and external user feedback, and recommend modifications. A full launch of the website ensuring proper functionality is required.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 31, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details
