Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for designing a portal.

Scope:
1. Design, build, and test a new Sustainable web portal.
2. Must be fully operational, functional and compatible with the City’s technical environment, which includes Windows 2003/2008 for server operating system, Office 2007 for desktop productivity, SharePoint 2007 for collaboration, and SQL Server 2005/2008 for databases.
3. GIS data is stored in Geo database on SQL Server 2008.
4. Will provide a content management system that allows content update via the web from external parties.
5. Compatible with all major browsers.
6. Site should be developed in C# .NET, using Visual Studio 2010, and web forms with JavaScript/ jQuery for client-side interactivity.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 100,000 – 125,000 USD. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 12, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
