Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for design and development of health insurance website.

Scope:
A. website must be compatible with the MID technology platform
1. Microsoft Windows 2008 Server;
2. Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 7;
3. Microsoft Visual Studio 2008;
4. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5;
5. Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) .NET;
6. Microsoft Visual Basic .NET; and
7. Oracle 11g.
B. website must be developed in Microsoft ASP.Net and VB.Net.
C. The website will be installed on a Windows 2008 Server, 64 bit Internet Information Server (IIS) 7, 16 GB Ram, two (2) 2.27 GHTZ Processors. This website will be a link from the current website. There will not be a separate URL.
D. This project is to create a consumer-oriented website for the public to have easier access to the health insurance rate.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 4, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
