Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking web content management system.

Scope:
Overview of Functional Requirements
1. Ease of use for content creators – minimal number of steps to publish content, intuitive user interface, and logical structure. WYSIWIG editor that replicates live environment as closely as possible
2. Web-based user interface
3. Hosted solutions using a cloud-based online tool
4. Augmented services team to facilitate content updates for content managers that are not technical
5. Ability to self-serve – change themes, style sheets, add modules, access control, workflows
6. Provide training and online help and support for users
7. Robust search in the backend for content creators and for website visitors in the front end with sort and suggestions features
8. Analytics of website traffic and usage (integration using tools like Google Analytics)
9. Ability to incorporate multimedia content and social media easily, similar to YouTube UI
10. Calendars, e-mail subscription, blogs, RSS, online payment and polling/survey features.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 7, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
