Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Software Development Service. We are looking for web content management solution with editing, publishing, workflow, forms, RSS, and blog management components that will provide a framework for long-term content development and accountability.

Scope:
The system must include the following items:
1. Powerful administration – providing separation of content from design, multi-channel output, and content repurposing, while assuring web standards compliance
2. Multiple Site Capability – ability to manage at least 30 different websites through a similar interface.
3. Managed implementation services – a services system must be in place so that a transition from our current CMS to this candidate would be as smooth and painless as possible.
4. Exceptional ease of use – it must have an intuitive user interface that will simplify and streamline the content management process.
5. Service and support – must include all upgrades, patches, and support documentation.
6. Smooth integration with the following systems:
- Active Exchange calendar
- Blackboard
- Twitter
- Facebook

This is a global and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 24, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
