Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for implementation of website for public.

Scope:
1. Development, implementation and hosting of webcite
2. Provision of resourceful, informative, attractive, interactive and user-friendly website
3. CMS must be user-friendly and allow County staff to instantly update the website content
4. Web administrator be able to modify the branding / colour schemes
5. Website reporting tools are required
6. Reporting tools must include:
browser statistics, entry and exit pages, search terms (external and internal), referring sites
7. Site must have a built-in intelligent and rapid content
8. Ability to create simple online forms with the option to print or e-mail
9. Compatibility with: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Saphari, Chrome, and mobile devices
10. Ability to add videos (up to 30 minutes in length) to the sites
11. Ability to have live video streaming.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 14, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
