Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for professional redesign and development of website.

Scope:
1. Professional re-design and development of the site to include:
- Making the site more manageable and efficient
- Adding secure areas for data
2. Specific goals include:
i. To permit simple and efficient navigation for users with clear, consistent and uncluttered design layout and features.
ii. To clean up the back-end design and code of the current site to make it more efficient & easier to expand upon into the future.
iii. To manage and improve search light key word management functionality
iv. To provide access to the possible future communication tools to include Twitter and Facebook or other social media through the primary website.
v. To host chat room functionality as directed.
vi. To provide timely assistance in uploading new content such as pictures, video and links.
vii. To provide additional functionality to the site as required.
3. Website displays should be viewable on various monitor configurations
4. Website should be compatible with web-enabled mobile devices (i.e., iPhone, etc)
5. Website is capable of being organized into multiple divisions
6. Search engine optimization must be included and demonstrated as effective.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 26, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
