Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for design and development of authority website.

Scope:
1. The keys to our website being effective include:
- Easy and intuitive
- Visually pleasing
- Informative
- Consistent with our brand
- Safe and secure (password protected)
- Quick to load and operate
2. Design Guidelines
- Visually Appealing – The site must have an attractive combination of text and graphics
- Common Theme – Each section of the site should have a common appearance and feel
- Consistent Design – As stated previously, each website section should have a common appearance and feel
3. Development of web pages to accommodate the proposed navigation scheme
4. Ability to add features such as embedded videos, surveys, and other tools
5. Must be compatible with the most popular web browsers currently in use.

This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than March, 31, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
