Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Web Design and Development Service. We are looking for Website Redesign and Hosting.

Scope:
1. Redesign of website to reflect our mission and incorporate more effective structure and latest in web technology
2. Create a flexible, informative web site that is easy to maintain
3. Develop a friendly site that can deliver large amounts of changing information to our key audiences
4. Designing a user-friendly site with an intuitive interface
5. Develop a web-based, database-driven administration tool
6. To be effective, our web site must be:
• Easy and intuitive
• Visually pleasing
• Informative
• Safe and secure
• Quick to load and operate
7. Redesign the site to deliver intuitive navigation, an improved graphical user interface, and easy-to-find content
8. Create a file system in the back-end that allows for organization of files and makes changing files easy and efficient
9. The site must have and attractive, professional mix of text areas and graphics
10. The use of photographs, fonts and layouts should be consistent throughout the site.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 22, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
